One Queen Street East is undergoing a multi-year renovation to “Redefine a Landmark” - a redevelopment project that will enhance the customers’ experience and further transform the property to ensure the premises meet the visitors and tenants needs into the future. 

The innovative redevelopment will enhance the customer experience through the addition of a new contemporary lobby area, an outdoor patio oasis located adjacent to Starbucks on the corner of Queen Street and Victoria Street and an enhanced new entrance from Queen Street and Yonge Street area. 

Additional renovation plans include modern new elevators and escalators, new contemporary washrooms and parking garage upgrades.

We’re excited to be “Redefining a Landmark” that is One Queen East and 20 Richmond Street. These changes will create a more inviting, efficient and functional space for our tenants and visitors.
