Type of System
Two Building entrance doors are equipped with electronic locks and a security card access system for after hours access. The security card access system controls all after hours access activity at tower entrances and elevators.

Personnel
Monitoring personnel patrol the project 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Closed Circuit Cameras
Closed circuit television cameras are located throughout critical building common areas.

Central Operations
The Central Alarm and Communications Facility (CACF), is monitored 24 hours a day. Additional monitoring of elevator intercoms, lobby door intercoms, and stairwell phones which are used by tenants as well as security to call for assistance in emergency situations.

After-Hours Access
Elevators are controlled by card access to designated floors only.

Tenant Security System
The base building security system can incorporate fully integrated access control and alarm monitoring software packages for the tenant.
