Building Standard

Interior Finishes
Building standard finishes include full height solid core doors with red oak veneer and brushed brass finish hardware. Door jambs and drywall partition are Raco Series 375. All demising partitions are floor to deck and insulated.

Partitions
Interior drywall partitions of 2 1/2" metal studs and 5/8" drywall each side. Partitions will be ceiling height, spackled and taped. Partitions terminating at the exterior wall will meet with a column centerline.

Floor Covering
Elevator lobby and public corridors on multi tenant floors will be carpeted with custom colours.

Floor Base
4-inch rubber base.

Window Blinds
Venetian blinds in satin grey finish.
