As a result of the deregulation of the telecommunications industry initiated by the Canadian Radio and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), there are many competitors in the marketplace for fibre optics, high-speed data transmission, and local and long-distance telephone services.

Currently, the following companies are authorized to provide these services:

Fibre Optics
Fibre optic cable is installed throughout the Building to provide high speed Internet access for tenants.

Cable Television
We are a "bulk" customer of Rogers Cable.
